Lesson 1 : It’s A Hustler’s Game
Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. Now i get it. Only the strong survive. You are where you are as a result of your best thinking, change your thinking and your life will change. You do have to be taking action. Consistent action.
This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…
If you know you got that entrepreneurial bug, count it as a blessing that’ll buy you your freedom from the shackles of a dead-end job, or some 9-5 cubicle life.
I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it was far more interesting, intriguing, notable and valuable than my days around the streets using the kids i grew up with. You gotta hustle just like you are lacking time, money, resources, just by getting shit done.
One “hack” which i use on myself - is making a sense of urgency and gathering i believe the scariest thing that may happen if i don’t get this shit done.
The greater intensity you can have within yourself, your business that pressure drives you to either have a amount of friction or fulfillment, in any event it adds fuel to the hustling power.
To persistence, your degree of persistence when shit doesn’t work out will determine what lengths you're going, there is really absolutely no way it is possible to accept failure and quit, we have failed 10x greater than i have succeeded, i guess it’s not sexy to inform how many times you fail, but i’ll let you know now each successful entrepreneur we have met have failed more times compared to what they have won, the’ve lost more cash compared to what they usually make…
Hustling has to be a part of your lifetime, i had been very blessed but still am being flanked by individuals who have supported me, that has also increased me believing in myself more. Once i was speaking to a pal / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a big deal) and that i remember just hearing him complimenting in my hustle and i could sense in himself that he believes as to what i’m doing. (During those times, i never even met him face-to-face!)

Having the right people around you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you are doing what's right, at the correct time.
Attaining success isn't necessarily easy, particularly when you are new and starting out, it will take lots of dedication, focus, attention and you also must be a person that is centered on self growth. Doing work TWICE as harder on myself, on my small mind then i do in my business.
Mindset to approaching things is a lot more important than just how you do it, mindset results in having a strategic mindset where you can harness your specific ability to create maximum results.
Success can be a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster but yet a lot of people won't ever get it, you may do, cos you might be reading my damn post.

Once i was a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally stumbled across started in this industry i needed more setbacks than a lot of people, i needed dropped outta university within my final year, relatives and buddies poking fun at the fact i would like to get rich working from home…
I immediateley found myself in around $40,000 worth of debt as i bought in to a $20k multi-level marketing program after which continued a rampage of shopping for every-and-any-damn course on internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your degree of pain threshold will determine your success as it means you won't be giving up when things get tough, and oh boy - they are going to.
A 6 figures will be tough. The first 7 figures will be tough. The first 8 figures will be tough less then where i'm at risk of now, but i use a strong fist and i am punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i'm. Some of my challenges i face are simply so damn ridiculous, and i also know most average people wouldn't normally even be capable of understand it, however i have a compelling “Why” plus a vision which gets me thru the tough times. Make sure you have your own personal compelling future that will drive you forward even if you think all is not training.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t make your life perfect. How much of an awakening…
Does this exist, on occasions when i do live events the ones approach me, instantly they put me over a pedestal like i’m some perfect guy, one guy even thought to me i’m just like a God to him. * i wanted to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people over a pedestal. That which you put on a pedestal is definitely likely to be unrealistic.
Don’t idolise people. Because they are just people
Just because individuals have a lot of things better than you, doesn’t mean they're allowed to be placed on something out of this world, they may be still nowadays, and it’s feasible for you too. After i meet immensely successful people i then just determine if i'd like what they have, i just gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised this whole thing is simply a journey, your trip, my journey, most people are on the journey, i respect everyone, not only a millionaire or even a billionaire but the guy who got pitched by his uncle to participate Amway, as well as other MLM and is trying to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you to have the very center to step into the fierce world of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they're shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m the same as my amazing maid links to my home having a beautiful smile to clean once a week, i recently do different things, that’s all.
Anyway back to my point, i will be still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles about what i’m i doing, how i’m i doing the work, all that stuff.
You are going to be a human, therefore you will invariably have some shit not exercise, for me last 6 months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m working on my health, and my company and my vision.
That’s what life's.
Coping with, scratch that - FIGHTING the difficulties, hahahah!
My life just isn't dictated by how much cash i make or even the need to simply have numbers, it’s the experiences, the freedom, a chance to hand back - i would like to start building schools to guide orphans, i really do some things like that, but it’s not enough i would like to give more back.
You can’t assist the poor if you are one of them this piece of wisdom may be tied to me for some time.
So long as I am learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to others along this “temporary” Journey called life… I know I’m wherever I must be.
Cash is just one part of one’s life you will find, it’s important - although not the most important, well that’s debatable based on your own values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Concentrate on gaining momentum, yes - you will find programs, systems to help you get results within 30-90 days, but not you will be lead longer, so bloody stay with it.
Success is not something just awaken and acquire, it’s something you require to operate your ass off for, it’s something 90% of people don’t do and that’s why they suffer from financial obligations and are usually broke and short of money, which leads to a fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for almost any business to get momentum, but don't forget i've spent more cash alone education to perfect what i do compared to person with average skills will probably earn in the lifetime.
This is one of the greatest killers of success and i am accountable for it too, now i just don’t do just about anything else easily can’t commit 90+ days to it.
Lesson 4 : The skill of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Each month Spending Habit
It’s not every dandy-candy, When you are the puzzles nailed down and You’ll start making a lot of money after you get momentum - yes, more money than you made before….
More cash than all of your family, friends, cousins, relatives assembled - once you do this, or can i say prior to deciding to do this, you have to ALWAYS know this….
Always understand the among Gross, Net and the way much it is possible to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone as high as $200,000 a month.
It’s scary, initially it really is - you then get used to it - and also the only stuff that matters is keeping that money.

So that’s things i do really to keep me grounded. In the event you aren’t spiritual - find something external that’ll help ya.

I had just discovered out not long ago i was spending $30,000 per month / £20,000 each month on stuff, stuff we have nothing to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i also don’t even see myself as somebody who is materialistic, go figure…
we have not a clue why i had been spending that, or the actual way it accumulated up to now, after 6 months of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i got slapped up and woken up. No more.
I don’t like budgeting as it kinda defies the purpose of why i’m in business, however begin to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and thus now the situation is changing
It can add up and is detrimental to ones success, i remember when i was first a new and i also had made my first six figures - the very first two years the cash i needed made,i needed blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging with the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) during my Barclays Bank-account. That sucked.
I remember thinking though - i’ll make this back plus more, because…
I've a SPECIAL DEEP INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And i know how to market.
Still, one year later i did so just like a million bucks in sales.
Overall, i'm still researching keeping money, investing etc. It’s a brand new growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Build A Group of A-Players & Get Yourself An Accountant
That reminds me, on the subject of having money, hire competent people who can manage your numbers, you must continually be considering your numbers, every day - many times a day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and creating a team gives you freedom, but additionally a lot of damn headache, stress, worry, problems if they aren’t the right person and if you aren’t the best kind of person to manage them.
Ultimately Delegation has been certainly one of my biggest secrets to success, over a typical day i might spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.

My buddy Kelly Felix (The Rich Jerk Guy) shared some ugly stories therefore i went and hired a solid-accountant to help you manage your taxes, costs, and invoices.
That shit scared me.
These things are Should do - you’ll start growing really fast and the next thing you realize, you gotta cope with employee payroll and shit, it could get messy.
I’ve lost lots of money while this, plus it hasn’t been pretty. I’ve made some embarassing, yet very embracing mistakes. You reside and learn.
Maybe i’ll share that at a later date.
But i’m alive, i've a chance to smile, pray, read, talk, move, breathe - and incredibly everyday above ground is success personally, that alone makes me the richest person.
Lesson 5 : Produce a Personality That’ll Provide you with Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
A growing number of i’m seeing that the Internet Marketing, business market is being more personal with all of this social media marketing stuff, you have the ability to create your personal tribe (more in that a bit later)
Use your personality to boost online conversions, to attract compatible people, to develop your own personal tribe and cultivate them, enable them to succeed…
Develop yourself in to a friendly, trustable expert and advisor in your marketplace.
Then add personality - learn who to inform stories, should you aren’t funny, then learn how to be funny, for those who have crooked teeth, then get the teeth fixed, in case you are boring, learn how to be intriquing, notable and being INTERESTED in others.
They're all items of advice i either paid to understand, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
people start and get noticed of the profession, well i did before once i taken notice of other people, lol, now i really don’t much. Attention remains safe and secure therefore i keep a clear head on who i want / need to serve.
As being a personality on the internet is something i learned from Dan Kennedy many years ago.
Present with people is magical, whether its online or offline, practice being PRESENT and in as soon as which means - log off the damn Facebook and social media marketing and get practising being present, the very best relationships i have built and continue building is really because i'm always as being a TED as opposed to a THING (thanks to Jesse Elder for teaching this little bit of wisdom in my experience!)
Concentrate on being thinking about others, than simply wanting to be intriguing and give your attention, presence and to others whenever you communicate, it’s hard, but very worth it, especially if you have a big ego. just FYI

This is actually the fastest way to start getting the final results you want, right now i've got a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends that are doing practically on their own.
I'd like a small business like theirs - so i surround myself together. I would like to avoid costly mistakes, so i surround myself together.
When you think that you're hitting a roadblock, work with a mentor, an instructor, an advisor, i’ve been achieving this shit for soo a long time, it blows my mind - that a lot of people don’t get it done.
This is one of my top biggest secrets man. I simply buy shit i wish to learn. I drop my ego, my pride, my disempowering stories of “i know already that” - well should you did, then why aren’t you in which you want to be…
You’ll often be learning, therefore i embrace this along time ago. As opposed to going thru courses and programs and training (which i still do btw) i find owners and masters of topics i would like to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
And then that learning becomes something i fill my days with.
I have various mentors - that i can reach out to anytime i'd like, some of my company mentors include Mike Dillard, Robert Hirsch, David Wood, Matt Lloyd, T.J Roheleder, every one of these mankind has built $30million - $150 million+ companies and i am always one call, one e-mail, one text, one webinar, one Skype message,one fb message from them.

Lesson 8 : Being Alone Helped me Rich
Spend some time alone. Spend time in solitude enables you to reboot/restart your mind and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again on your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO much time alone, i don’t find lots of people do this. When i’m alone i'd often walk as much as random strangers, usually older people and speak to them, provide them with attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they could give me.
It makes life easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to other people doesn’t provide your mind and brain the opportunity to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone on your own without any distractions offers you the opportunity to clear the mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively plus more efficiently. Damn, look at this - this blog post has taken me like Three hours to create and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending some time alone can be a beautiful thing very few people understand. I understand just because a great deal of individuals will always inform me - why do you travel alone ? lol.
Since i have travel the entire world 90% of that time period without any help, i can meet strangers, i've confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everyone at any time and so i don’t must be lonely basically don’t desire to.
And incredibly i really like my own, personal company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending time alone, using a notepad- journal - offline, with no internet and in “Real Life”, walk around, spend time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, that's where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking is derived from, a minimum of for me personally anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your lifestyle!)
Time passes Mosque around i will, sometimes because of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll take a prayer mat and pray - during my hotel room.
But i always spend some time in deep prayer.
Once i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in your life - i actually do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i always do spend some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and get my mojo on

I truly couldn’t give a toss what anyone mentions me, they are doing their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for dinner.
However, these are just people and i also appreciate, respect the things they're doing and where they are at, but this don’t mean i’m any small compared to them. Once you come from that place in places you own your greatness and you're simply in deep appreciation of your identiity without all of the “stuff”….
You then become a little magical ball of awesomeness.
After i started deciding which i will do what i want on this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more income for services than anyone else, altered the landscape for various aspects and helped many people get more results as compared to anything else.
Probably the most successful people i know also have the most level of self confidence, self confidence - you want your hair a lot leads to self-confidence which results in someone taking more action then believing by themselves then
When you are aligned together with your highest values you're confident. Confidence is sexy. Confidence attracts people to you that have their shit together.
Whether it is, develop it, live it and inspire others together with your confidence. Lesson 11 : Oh, Uh - No, No No Sunshine! Don’t Hire Friends & Family…
Hire ONLY A Players, the old rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is the thing that you need to live by.
I have probably made more mistakes than i will count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the identical people, arghhhhhhhh.
You need to develop yourself as well as the team as you go along, some won’t be growing as fast as you, let them have time, nurture them that assist them grow when it’s time - then you can grow apart or keep them on.
Although i've generated millions of dollars on this industry for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more as a result of hiring the wrong people. I've suffered from all sorts of anxiety, craziness, worry as a result of wrong people that i've hired and i’ve hired many.
Lol.
My new thing that i learned is always to Recruit Talent, rather than Developing it.
You simply gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning a lot more about building teams, after all i still generated around $5 Million in sales in the last 4-5 years using a very tiny team - less than 5 people.
They helped to get at stage 1, doesn’t mean they are going to help you to get to stage 2. This is challenging, individuals will not grow as quickly as you, plus you've got to be happy with that, you gotta be happy with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Within the next 5-7 years, I would like to build various businesses and stay within the $100million mark. I’ll accomplish that (I’A)

Lesson 12 : Not Giving A Crap About What Anyone Says Or Thinks…
Developing “Thick Skin” is one of the greatest assets you could have in life and in business, when you are not phased by competition, what others think of you, what others say, whoever they are, you begin and live from the place of owning your greatness.
I welcome criticism / feedback, however it never affects me, people see the planet as they are not as the planet as it is.
My industry, the tiny Internet Marketing / Network Marketing / Home Business Industry absolutely rocks, it can help people become real personal growth powerhouses and if anyone really sticks from it, her possibility to help people make millions of dollars.
Oh and yes, its immensely profitable and it also enables you to create a true a second income if you really do the work properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists with the network marketing arena.
I see so many will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as residual income or home business sucks etc….
I couldn’t care less - i make over multiple 6 figures PASSIVELY - yes, handsfree income, in one business opportunity that more and more people talked recorded on.
And with that one program, i’ve generated an excellent $1.A million in commissions.

Today i am the most notable Earner by 50 percent different companies - Empower Network + MOBE.
Many individuals in this industry will appear down at MLM’s / Multi-level marketing / Direct Sales business models and have some type of stupid point of view on this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.

But, to the stupid individuals with stupid views….
Really they….
1) had some bad knowledge about others marketing for them
2) they joined one once they was young and new and couldn’t allow it to be into a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.
I obtained into this industry then made my first million in that space, i proceeded to generate millions more Outside this space, so again systems work, people fail.
When i was obviously a newbie and i’d follow these so called Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home businesses etc, it could create a great deal controversy inside me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t wish to accomplish anything since i felt what's going to my pals think of me and what will those big marketers think of me…
I then basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do a few things i want

I’d just take them off from my life, now i ignore them - mainly really as their words haven't any impact or no value in my experience.
AKA i couldn’t give a shit about the subject.

I value my time a great deal, where i don’t like to waste it on anything that doesn’t fulfil me.

Irrrve never will probably be among those people who says, oh i should have spent more hours with my loved ones. After travelling alot, i’ve seen most people just aren’t in “touch” with their families, their siblings and so i made a very conscious decision to generally be devoted to be around my family, serve them well. Even with little nowadays, my children provides me with a great deal richness and joy.
